Every memorial commission begins with a conversation, not a form. Tell us about the person, the flowers and where the piece will live. We then prepare a design proposal — a mood board and layout sketch — for your approval before any work begins.

If the flowers are already with you
Please don’t worry if some time has passed. Send a photo, the approximate date of the service and a note about how the flowers have been kept. Condition matters, so we will tell you honestly what appears suitable rather than promise that every bloom can be used.
Until you hear from us, keep the flowers somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and avoid placing them in water again or sealing them in plastic.
Gentle logistics
For services in Orange County, white-glove pickup is available as a premium add-on, so no one in the family has to carry the flowers anywhere. For Los Angeles County and San Diego, we confirm a handoff plan individually. Please contact us before shipping any flowers.
Every memorial piece arrives with a certificate of authenticity recording the flowers and the person they honor, along with a care booklet for display.
Planning and pricing
Memorial commissions are quoted individually once we understand the flowers, the number of pieces and the design.
