How Flower Preservation Works

A clear plan helps protect the flowers and sets expectations for the artwork. These are the stages we discuss when planning a custom commission.

1. Tell us about your flowers

Share the occasion, event date, location, and your preferred format. If the event has passed, send a current photograph and describe how the flowers have been stored.

2. Confirm the commission

Before booking, we will discuss suitability, design scope, pricing, payment terms, available handoff arrangements, and an estimated completion window. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date.

3. Arrange the flower handoff

Follow the instructions confirmed for your commission. If you need mail-in flower preservation, wait for acceptance and delivery details before sending flowers.

4. Preserve and compose

The preservation method and artwork depend on the approved scope. Any design review stage and included changes should be agreed before work begins.

5. Receive and care for your artwork

We will confirm collection or delivery arrangements and the care guidance appropriate to your finished piece. Read preserved flower care.
