• White-glove venue pickup — for Orange County events we coordinate collection of the bouquet after the celebration, so nothing falls to you or your team.
• Design approval before work begins — every client receives a mood board and layout sketch, so the finished piece reflects your design.
• Clear communication — one point of contact, confirmed handoff plans and updates you can relay to your clients.

Referral program

Partners earn 10% of the commission value for every client they refer who books with Dalia’s. The referral is paid once the client’s final payment has cleared.

• Referrals are tracked when the client names you, or uses your partner link or card, at the time of their first inquiry.
• The fee is calculated on the commission amount, excluding taxes, shipping and pickup fees.
• Partner terms are confirmed in a short written agreement before your first referral.

• A simple handoff guide you can share with couples and families — see how flower preservation works and wedding bouquet preservation.
• Credit and tags when we share work from your events, with your permission.
